Scan doesn't stock them.
The CPU should be ok.

No, since PCPartPicker doesn't have very good categorisation, you won't see it when you select the 7870 XT group, and since it is not just a 7870, it doesn't fit in that group and thus isn't added. It's because it's a strange chipset, quite a few 7870 XT's arent on PCPartPicker for that exact reason.

Nothing, they are exactly the same, one of them is on a special offer whereas the other isn't but it doesn't matter which one you add to the cart as they are both discounted if you try it.
