Android Revolution HD is the best example of this. If you read through the features and know anything about Android you'll know most of those features are redundant.

Works really well for my dad's Incredible S since he wanted ICS and Sense, this was the best solution and it is running flawlessly from what I've seen

I use Boat Browser since it works pretty much the same as stock browser except with a shit tonne of features. For mobile data I just use Opera Mini because DAT COMPRESSION MAN
Firefox is even slower than Motorola stock browser.

Yes because almost all other ROMs break the phone half the time and most of the ROMs you find on XDA are just the stock ROM + skins or something like that.

One X is fucking horrendous when it comes to flashing are anything like that. Well, every HTC Device is.
Make sure you actually have charge, when the battery goes below a certain level it will refuse to even light up the LED or do anything.

Just be wary that some of those are basically cellotape cut into a shape and leave crap all over your phone

I handed in my broken one ad it had a cracked screen. That was Saturday, it's now Monday. Gotta love fast service! But yeah just an SIII and One X.
