The service is better than mobilicity so is the coverage. Apparently they have LTE in downtown Toronto now. My friend with a Nexus St speed tested recently and got 7Mbps down in downtown Toronto. Not bad. Went to mid town and got 4Mbps while on a bus. Still getting around 1.5Mbps at school though. Although Moblicity doesn't have a cap where they throttle you. I could go for that.
Whoever told you Wind has LTE is lying, Wind doesn't even have their network upgraded to 42Mbps DC-HSPA(although neither does Robbers), they don't have money to throw up an LTE network with their HSPA network still being woefully incomplete.
9000mAh battery on the N10... double that of the N7.
That sure is impressive, although its probably because the hardware is significantly more powerful.
The screen is what's sucking up all the battery.
There is no SD slot. And you may want to wait on the battery thing until reviewers have done testing on it.
Oh wow, someone sent me a comparison image and it listed 'removeable SD slot' as an advantage.
Not trusting that as a source anymore.
I rarely use the FP app because when I open it (like now) I can't actually exit it and use the rest of my phone, so I only ever open it before I go to bed V:v:V
He mentioned how having data would offset the internal storage being low, implying the usage of cloud services. I was pointing out that once you pass 5GB which is not difficult to do when streaming something like HD videos, your speeds are crippled beyond belief.
Well I have wifi at home most of the time and at school too so I probably wouldn't use that much. I hope.
Google are making it really hard for me to leave them for Windows Phone :v:
The OS itself [Android] isn't exactly fast and amazing but the handsets it's on makes it.
you are tearing me apart android
I shit you not, my phone app uses 9gig a month. I've used 17 overall so far this month.
And I use like 50GB a month on WiFi alone.

The Nexus device designs are really irresistible too, it's going to be hard for me to buy any other phone without on-screen menu keys. I just love how responsive it is on my Galaxy Nexus, and how sleek the face of the phone looks.
I'll always be using my iPad because of the apps and games I already have purchased for it, but if I were to choose any other tablet to buy, I'd get a Nexus 7. The design just works so well and it's something you'll actually enjoy holding. I like the feel of holding my iPad, but of course, it's a bit big and I tend to rest it on my lap a lot.

who wants to buy my tmobile nexus s its in great condition ($200)
who also wants to buy my triumph for $50 to get $100 off of a motorola phone upgrade
10$ for a yearly pc game subscription in google play
Now that is a good price
If I plugged in USB OTG into my nexus 7, then a USB hub into that, a USB to HDMI into that and finally into my monitor, would I be able to see my nexus 7 screen on the monitor? Sorry if this question doesn't make sense.

I think you'll need an MHL adapter from the micro-USB plug on the device. I could be wrong though.
it wont work because a usb to hdmi adapter acts as its own display device and android doesnt support it
you can do it with an mhl adapter like^^^ said
jelly bean hit my galaxy s3
suddenly everything is so smoooooothhh
google now is pretty cool too
I though the Nexus 7 didn't support MHL?
I kinda wish it was a little bit more expensive though because everyone and there dog will have one now and I can't show off :(
Go buy an Apple product.

Since when did everyone not have an Apple product?
So I tripped on my charger.
My phone fell 1 metre down. And then I stepped on it.
And you know what? Not a scratch.
Credit where it's due, my One X is durable as fuck.

Yeah it is pretty tough.
The back scuffs easily though.
Is the Nexus 4 going to be 299 without a contract?
Since when did everyone not have an Apple product?
Because persons who always rub it into people's faces that they've bought something new tends to also be raging Apple fans.
Is the Nexus 4 going to be 299 without a contract?
Yes. 299 flying pigs!
I wonder what the price of the nexus 4 is going to do to other phones on the market? Like with the Optimus G you'd be paying 2x the price for LTE, and an SD Slot. That will have to change.

I don't think people will really care since they'll get it subsidized on a carrier they'll never bother noticing after signing the initial contract.

Like how it's $199 for 16GB on T-Mobile? Hope two years of your life is worth $149 subsidy takers.

Well I mean, most people don't bother with switching their service around that often. I don't see an issue with signing a contract, as long as you're not paying an outrageous monthly fee. I was able to get a really decent plan with Rogers on a 3-yr, and I don't plan on switching any time soon, so why not?
It doesnt.
So if that is the case, is there any way to project a nexus 7 screen on to a monitor?
So if that is the case, is there any way to project a nexus 7 screen on to a monitor?
It's possible there may be some sort of app to do it wirelessly, but otherwise the answer is no.
Most people don't really do the math and think they are saving money on the device when entering a contract. You save more in the USA and Europe than Canada though and the service is better there.
fffffffffffffff I wanna know how much free storage does the 16GB N4 really have.
Yes. 299 flying pigs!
Just realised there isn't an SD card slot, so if I want a somewhat decent amount of space I need to pay an extra $150 for 8gb of space...
