My dad is like a little kid again with his iPhone 5, he keeps askin silly questions like "beam me up scotty" and then exploding with laughter when it replies "Energizing.." On the topic of voice assistants, does anybody actually use any of them for daily tasks at all? They're fun for playing about but All I can think is to set timers and trivia questions
I don't. even in my car I prefer buttons for media control, and the GPS is only being set-up when parked. Kind of a gimmick with a limited target group really.
I ordered my Nexus 4 this morning. It said 6-7 days time till delivery. Four hours later, the 16GB Nexus 4 is out of stock. Anyone got experience with delivery times on this? WIll it be 6-7 at max or less?
I meant it in the nicest way possible :v: But there's really no way we can tell you! If the specs were different then we'd advice but they're the same.
fair enough and i know sorry just that it is 4 and I'm really tired haha [editline]15th December 2012[/editline]
get a us proxy, sign in to play music. now you can use it anywhere, you just can't use the store
my upload speed is shit anyway, eh, maybe later, i have a local list of music i listen to every once in a while
I'm actually starting to find Android fanboys worse than Apple fanboys (mainly because there are like none on FP). It's always the same old boring arguments! Blind fanboyism about anything is annoying anyway.
Best example is XDA-Devs. They always make some thread in the General Discussion that bashes Apple like this: "APPLE DID SOMETHING!" "LOOOOOOOL!"
Just got an HTC one X about a week ago, awesome phone, anybody want to tell me some cool things you can do with an android phone? My last phone was a blackberry, so....
And in a few months, change that for a OneX+ 2.0 FullHD Advanced? :v:
Don't give HTC any ideas now, they're TRYING to clean up their act.
And in a few months, change that for a OneX+ 2.0 FullHD Advanced? :v:
HTC Desire XSV+ But seriously all HTC need to do is just do, One X/S/V then next year Two X/S/V. They need an iconic naming system and less models.
HTC uses Qualcomm throughout 2011, phones fall behind because Qualcomm chips are behind the competition. HTC switches to Tegra 3 in 2012, Qualcomm makes a comeback and makes some of the fastest mobile chips.

I'm looking for a good, free music player for Android. I have the Motorola Droid 4 running ICS, and I've tried: the default player, Google Play (Which is great, but seems limited in my opinion), and PowerAmp (Which is also great, but I can't buy it). Any suggestions?
