Anyone play the little crane that could? https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.steenriver.littlecrane
Pretty fun, paid and free are both in 1 app (need to make an in-game purchase to get the full version)
Also, N4's battery is killing me:

Turn off wifi, only use 3G when you need to, and keep the GPS off unless you need it. Its amazing how much battery life this can save on any device :v:

Damn, USA only.
Related to any of you who have ordered, yet not received the Nexus 4:
Any ideas of a next delivery date? I heard something about 16th janurary.
I got the confirmation of mine being despatched yesterday, so they might be pushing them out now.

When did you order, and what did it say with delivery time?
I ordered it on the 5th this month, nothing has been said about delivery time.
Goddamn it, Cyanogenmod. I was hoping the nightlies would fix tethering, though instead they're just breaking shit like the ability to make folders.

I don't use folders, I'm just happy the latest nightly fixed data for me (d2att)

Does anyone have any good suggestions to put a Cruz T410 Tablet to good use? Android 2.3 on a 10 inch screen is quite frankly awful, and the performance is sluggish to say the least.
Is there anything cool/useful I can do with it? It's already rooted, and I managed to install Google Framework 2.2 and Android Market 3.3.12 instead of the shitty Amazon Appstore, however it's still nasty to use with the laggy phone size UI.
I honestly don't care if there is a risk of bricking it.
Can I use Boot Manager ( https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.drx2.bootmanager&hl=en ) with Cyanogenmod 10.1 and Sonys Timescape for Android 4.0.4?

Check out the DEV community for anything before you buy.
Devs will keep an old, shitty device alive for a while.

Hmm, weird. My stock TouchWiz JellyBean for S3 also has a problem with folders; you can create them, but after a while the whole TouchWiz launcher will start force-closing when you try to close a folder. I fixed it by using Nova Launcher instead.
Holy shit I saw like a thousand Galaxy S3's and Note 2's today while on a trip, what the fuck.
Literally everywhere I looked, Galaxy S3, Note 2, S3, N2.
Almost made me want the Note 2 if it wasn't for AMOLED (don't want to deal with more burn in) and hardware buttons. edit: also the design.

Doesn't surprise me. Those are basically the only two flagships that still support microSD and removable battery.
I am escaping (somewhat) the burn in by having Nova Launcher hide my status bar :v:
[editline]29th December 2012[/editline]
It's naggling at the back of my mind constantly though
I doubt the people who I saw with those phones really care. So many of them were girls for example, you think a girl would really give a shit about removable battery or microSD (as long as the internal storage has enough space, not 16gb for example)?

You won't escape it completely.

iCole I'm the kind of person who doesn't like sitting in the swings for too long because all I can think about is how over time the chains will have worn down very slowly and could snap and I might die
I don't need to be reminded about burn in :suicide:

And yet Google thinks that's not what the consumers want
Don't get my wrong I fucking love swings but I get nagged by small things
holy shit, use your damn phones and don't care about the small things like burn ins... use your phone like it's supposed to be used, because in a year or two you will have a new phone
and the burn ins were never noticeable that much, at least not on my sgs2

I will take this advice and use it wisely
