[QUOTE=Rika-chan;39035519]What music app does everybody use?[/QUOTE]
Google Play Music
MediaMonkey on Windows
Clementine on Linux
Itunes on OSX ( funny enough only platform it isn't a horrible POS on)
F2K on windows
Clementine on everything else
There is no reason to use itunes.
Here's a bunch, and I use PowerAMP.

I use PowerAmp on my phone and iTunes on my computers. I have tried so many fucking music players on Windows and they all have something fairly large that I don't like. iTunes had a large update recently and it's fairly nice. I can't sync my Android phone like an iPod (Which would be fucking awesome, since iTunes does syncing well), but it does everything else I want.

Yeah not gonna happen.
The latest update to iTunes made it a lot less shit on Windows, if not shit at all
Could anyone explain to me the differences between tethering via mobile hotspot, Bluetooth, WiFi or USB? I tried finding out why Bluetooth wasn't taking so much mobile data from my phone compared to using my mobile data connection tethered through USB AND using EasyTether from the Play Store, which by using EasyTether doesn't seem to take my data [i]as fast[/i] as using regular tethering. But clearly the representative from Verizon was lying to me or didn't know what they were talking about :v:
I'm using the Samsung Galaxy S3 if that matters at all, which I don't think it should.
They take the same amount of data. You load a webpage that uses 1MB, it uses 1MB, the end.

The reason bluetooth is "using less" to do the same thing is because whatever you're using to monitor data usage was not programmed by somebody who deserves to have a job programming things and it's reporting wrong.
What is your favorite music app on Android, and why is it PowerAMP?
[editline]30th December 2012[/editline]
What is your favorite ROM, and why is it AOSP?
[editline]30th December 2012[/editline]
What is your favorite keyboard, and why is it Swiftkey?
Who do you think is the worst carrier in the US, and why is it Verizon?
[editline]30th December 2012[/editline]
i'd do a favorite manufacturer line but i get the feeling "Samsung" wouldn't be 100% accurate anymore
It's Sprint because they have by far the worst network. They bet on WiMax and LTE triumphed. At least with Verizon you get LTE. I like the ability to use whatever phone I want, so even if they're expensive I'd choose AT&T as my carrier in the United States. 850/1900MHz HSPA.

Because they are all great!
How do I change the weather settings on my nexus 7 to Celsius? It's incredible what that google voice search can do.

It's funny seeing Note 2's and iPhone 5's going for $100-$200 less on craiglist all because they're on sprint.

[editline]31st December 2012[/editline]
and i have a good syncing app even for android
Finally got around to rooting my Nex.7, what are some good ROMs that are pretty much vanilla except with CIFS module support and maybe theming?
[QUOTE=FlubberNugget;39035986]How the fuck do you find F2K complicated
I think NCMPCPP would give you a heart attack[/QUOTE]
It didn't have a friendly interface, yeah I wasn't sitting at the PC like "OH SHIT HOW DO I USE COMPUNETER" but I was hoping it would be slightly nicer to look at V:v:V

I'm with Ezhik, it just..worked, no plugins to make it compatible with my iPod, and I could easily edit the tags on any song by right click > get info
I don't need it anymore of course, as I no longer have an iPod
and when I got a new computer it stopped being a slow POS and I just kept it at version 10.6, the last good version imo
I managed to have a quick mess about with a Nexus 7 they had on display at HMV yesterday.
Why did they have to sell out when the 16gb model was £99? :suicide:
So I considered my Galaxy Note to be a fairly hefty phone. But after using a tablet almost exclusively for the past week, when I picked up my phone I nearly launched it into the stratosphere because it was so light in comparison. It feels so small now.
I own a galaxy S3, and I picked up my iPod touch after not using it for ages and I couldn't help but emit a "d'awwww!" without realizing, it's so iddy biddy
i picked up a note 2 and it was lighter than lumia 920
oh and i just sold my lumia 920

Ezhik..
FlashFireSix...
I love it when you whisper my name
Fucking finally got my s3 back from Samsung, stupidly forgot to mention the wifi issues I had, but didn't expect to get the same phone back anyways. Still can't properly connect to wifi networks unless I'm within ~5-10 meters from the access point. Flashed CM10 because I was tired of waiting for updates and thought it might fix it. It did not. JB 4.2.1 is nice though!

I wasnt even talking to you I was talking to my phone, duh
[editline]31st December 2012[/editline]
I tried saying "Flash Fire Six" to my phone out of interest after saying that, and it began googling "FLASH PLAYER SEX"
Got my Nexus 4 this morning, it's my first actual decent Android phone, super excited to start using it day -in day-out.
