Android thread V-garychencool finally rooted his phone and got ICS edition

I shared my downloads folder on the main PC with read-only rights, great for when I want to watch something but I'm too lazy to get out of bed.
Why read only? just put a password on the share :v:
I have that setup on my second hard-drive, but I rarely upload anything from phone/laptop to main PC.
Also, I have an old laptop running Windows Server 2012 in a corner, with a 500GB HDD, so I might just migrate shit over to that.
a laptop? oh jeez
if you can move the laptop out of it's shell and maneuver it over ssh or something just do that
also why windows server?
Going to do AD+RADIUS and then WPA2-Enterprise against the RADIUS with my WRT54GL. (Once I stop being lazy)
I already rent a dedicated box from Germany that runs Linux, so if I need a real server, I use that.

Is there any way to backup my saves of Vice City 10th Anniversary edition? KIES doesn't show it on the list to backup and I can't find any apps from looking into the phones files with windows explorer...

Assuming it's the same as GTA 3:
Internal memory/Android/data/com.rockstar.gta3/files/GTA3/
in there you'll find files like GTA3sf1.b
Those are the saves. Obviously the file structure and names will be a little different considering that this is the GTA3 location.
Although the savefiles look the same as from the desktop version, they're not interchangable (at least weren't in GTA3)

Oh and Google+ app is stupid when loading photos, it always loads a very low resolution one that even at first glance, it's blurry and pixilated...

How to fix?

I really wish they were. I had false hopes when the PC save mission title showed up on the Android one. But all that happens is that the game crashes. How awesome would that have been. The files seem very similar but there is a slight change in size.
I wonder if it would be possible for someone to write a program that would convert data between the two.

Granted it could look a little better but at least it's readable on mine, even the tiny text.

IIRC Rockstar had an FAQ page about the compatibility that said they might look into it in the future, so there's a tiny bit of hope.

The same way I did 2 years before my Nexus. You make every pixel count and learn to read partially rendered text. The pixels are pretty big so its not hard to do.

I just wish there was a mobile browser with greasemonkey support
I think it's. how Google+ handles image. loading based in screen. resolution. time to modify my dpi values...
I wonder. Why you're typing. Like this. Maybe you're trying. to type too fast.
He keeps hitting the tiny period button on the tiny screen of his tiny phone?
Or he's hitting. space. twice.
What are some good CM10 themes? I'm using Popstyle Red atm, but it's starting to bore me.
Okay, I have a question. How thin is Ghost Armor? I'm gonna get it for my tablet, and I'm gonna use a jot pro to draw on it. I want to make sure the stylus won't be impeded by the screen protector.

Torrid Teal, LunarUI (II)

I sort of want to make my own theme, there aren't any themes I like that work without FCing apps left right and center seemingly

Although you would lose a bit of sensitivity you're not going to lose much so you don't have to worry about it.

When I saw ICS, I imagined that the natural evolution of it to be something along the lines of Lunar UI, excluding the buttons. The rainbow effect just feels so right
