also on a serious note, are there any Android OEMs that don't fucking suck? I don't like Samsung's devices at all, yeah sure they've got power, but their designs are ugly as sin, and the phones are made out of fucking plastic. HTC used to have some pretty nice build quality but from when I used the HTC One X my dad owned, it felt light, cheap, and plasticy. Euugh. At that point there really aren't any big players to name. Sony? LG? They're both terrible at updating their phones and really, I don't know anyone that owns any of either. What else is there..Huawei? Budget phones, really. They look like Samsung phones anyway. ZTE? Again, just seems like budget phones. Motorola? lol locked bootloaders! feel free to call me an idiot and correct me if I'm really off, I just woke up and for some reason the sad state of Android phones compared to things like the iPhone just randomly pissed me off.

If you want updates, superb design, top notch build quality, and high quality materials you'll have to deal with iOS or possibly a Nokia Lumia Windows Phone(though if you hate the One X you'll hate Lumia phones), both of which are locked down so you'd lose all your Android functionality without jailbreaking.

About that droptest video. I've dropped my S2 close to 10 times. One time which I had it on me and woke up in a sudden move, it flew in the air and landed right flat on the screen (the high sound it made, ugh). Anyway, it's still like new, no scratches or anything you can tell it's been dropped.

Anyways I believe it has been a full year since I've made my way into FP's Android thread and probably made myself as popular as that hedgehog with his tabs but only exclusive to the Android thread. One year, yay. I've posted about my phone a whole lot and it became a really annoying yet funny and cliche thing for this thread. Shit, I'm bad at explaining myself on this. Let iCole or whoever to fill you in.
