JB is obviously better. But personally I'm still on ICS because my phone doesn't have any stable JB ROMs.

Look up a tutorial on rooting your phone, find a ROM, flash it. All tutorials can be found online.

Just a heads up: You'll lose the HTC Sense UI and the custom ROM based on Jelly Bean is probably still buggy.
sounds like it requires a lot of work
fuck this

It's impressive, but pretty much still a gimmick. Could use a whole lot more features (both more "cards" and more voice actions).
The voice recognition and text to speech that Now is using are excellent thought.
Hell, it properly understands even if I try my worst "czech guy trying to speak english" accent.

changelog changelog changelog!
I wonder if they fixed the press-glow on the menu overflow button on the Galaxy Nexus (possibly even N7) nav bar, where the glow was way too wide since 4.1.

I find Google Now really useful. But mostly with Public Transport and small events happening around me.
It's really cool if you got appointments, and then it reminds me to take the bus a few minutes before, so I can be there in time.
Apparently Android 4.1.2 on the Nexus 7 allows stock launcher landscape rotation

I wonder if the GNex will get that too.
I don't think I can wait for the next opposed "Nexus" lines of phones, as well as the probably $299 dollar Note II. Fuck it all, I'm just going to get the S3 right now being the impatient bastard I am.
Is it even worth the wait

If you like updates, and updates delivered quickly, it can be.

shit tyrone
I want that
Aside from the addition of landscape mode, the update dialog indicates performance and stability improvements, as well as bug fixes (thanks for the fine detail there, Google). While landscape has been possible with custom ROMs and launchers, the fact that it's now included in the stock experience will certainly delight a great many people.
Apparently there's no official change log just yet.
Time to wait for CM merge. This could even appear in tomorrows nightly if the changes are really minor.

cm?
Am I the only one who thinks having the menu/home/back button on the screen is kind of stupid? it's wasted screen space
the way samsung does it on the galaxy S models seems like the most logical one for me

Well, on the transformer infinity the bar is the perfect height to make the rest of the screen true 1080.
i like it a lot
i hope it catches on
are you talking about the hard buttons or whatever?
am I gary yet

Yes, because clearly a gary cannot Google anything.
No, you are now a completely new definition, you are now a fairy, someone who is lazy and cannot Google shit.
magical buttons that disappear and rotate

they disappear in fullscreen apps (like utube)
oh. I have the same buttons but they arent a part of the led or whatever
Probably Cryogenmod.
*CyanogenMod

They need a non standard screen size so they can delegate certain areas of the screen for nav buttons only so you can still have the rest of the screen you'd normally have.
