So, I ask this near every month, but how stable is cm10 on the galaxy s2? Every single source of information on its stability is from August or July, nothing recent
I don't need a custom ROM; I'm fine with HTC Sense, but I would hate not being able to root. Rooting at least lets you use Titanium Backup and clean up your internal partitions.

Although some people have RIL crashes and need to reboot their phones still, never seen one myself.
HTC's DLX just makes me a sad panda. They put a 1080p display on it either from Sharp or LG, but they put a fucking 2500 mAh battery, 1.5 GB of RAM, and only 16 GB of internal storage. If there's no microSD, someone needs to go to HTC headquarters and shake the product planners until they put either more storage out of the box or a microSD slot.
I want to find the product planners at HTC and launch them into orbit because sometimes they can just be really, really fucking stupid
http://www.theverge.com/2012/10/10/3482218/samsung-galaxy-s-iii-4-inch-jk-shin Oh hey, a Galaxy S3 that isn't morbidly huge. [editline]10th October 2012[/editline] Also: http://www.the-digital-reader.com/2012/10/09/new-txtr-beagle-ereader-to-cost-less-than-10-euros/#.UHR1ajiK-Sp

Just found my old memory card, with old videos of friends who I don't speak to any more, parties with people who never go out, pictures of people who have now changed and I don't know, music that we all used to love and listen to as we walked around as a big group, and photos of my old, late cat What happened ;_;
Life.
The memory card ran out of space and therefor you had to change your life.

As in 4 inches? As in...A PHONE NOT OBSCENELY LARGE TO HIDE A HUGE BATTERY? Well that could be very interesting, especially since yesterday Amiga OS said he wouldn't mind something Nexus S sized with a 720p IPS panel. [editline]10th October 2012[/editline] Or it could be 4 as in the fourth Nexus, and that looks more likely judging by those pictures. Life sucks.
I dunno, Optimus Nexus would be alright. Or Nexus G. But the numbers will quickly get confusing in the future. I mean they can't have a Nexus 7 phone in the future. But if they're seriously just going to produce 8GB and 16GB versions they can take their nexus and shove it up their ass.

Like Moto.
The memory card ran out of space and therefor you had to change your life.
Nah actually I just used the 8GB one that came with my new android phone because I didn't feel like formatting the other one and whatever and I was too excited and just wanted to use it, so this has been sat inside a tub on my desk for a long time [editline]10th October 2012[/editline]
Well, there's a rare disease that causes your life to look like shit compared to the past. (Lol south park)
My life has turned pretty bad actually, I won't bore you with the details but I don't have many friends nor do I go out, and I've been coping with depression, allthough I'm trying to come off of the medicine currently. I've still got a good life as far as general stuff goes but I miss the past a lot, before I had to care about things

The only area where improvement is would be bezel reduction, and yes I have seen some Moto devices with "edge to edge" screens so I do agree with you there. But it's minimal and devices this big with the same resolution do not offer any improvement in user experience. People were perfectly content with 4" devices and weren't content with Android's battery life, and now battery life is better because we have giant phones that fit similarly giant batteries. [editline]10th October 2012[/editline] Also don't get me wrong, I own an S II and I've used the One X, S3, Gnex, etc, I'm not saying they're unusable. I just think that putting 1280x720 onto a 4.8" panel doesn't really give me a better experience than it on a 4.3" or even a 4" one.

I was so impressed with the RAZR M. The form of that phone is nothing short of incredible. I still would take the Maxx over it for the battery, but that's more of a depth issue anyway. I think Moto killed it with the M because they made up for the larger screen by cutting off the bezels.
Just found my N95, This will probably be my phone until christmas :v: It's the toughest motherfucker I've seen [editline]10th October 2012[/editline] Wondered why the volume keys didn't work, took the housing off and it turns out there ARE NO VOLUME KEYS The micro switches are just gone, dissapeared, to change the volume you have to short the contacts with a screwdriver...
So, quick question... Did anyone ever use the search key? Like, ever? They're just barely starting to get rid of it and it's pretty much useless. And ugly. It's very ugly. Bravo to the companies that realize that.
People were perfectly content with 4" devices and weren't content with Android's battery life, and now battery life is better because we have giant phones that fit similarly giant batteries.
Yeah, well I'd rather just have a thicker battery in a 4-4.5" than a 5" with a ridiculously thin and wide battery. I don't understand the obsession with ultra thin phones. In fact, I just ordered a double thick extended battery for my HTC Raider.

It was the same way with feature phones back in the day. Remember the first RAZR? I think it'll go away as people start to focus more on features like battery and what not. The only reason people still care is because the manufacturers keep advertising it like it matters. Just pick one to brand with a number and leave the rest to be called the Motorola Photon Nexus Q or some shit? Idk. I feel like either the rumor about all manufacturers being allowed to make Nexus is false or they're setting themselves up for a hard time.

Never used it, I remember when I got my Samsung Focus the back button was on the left and the search key was on the right. I would always hit search because I was used to Galaxy S devices where back was on the right. Good riddance to physical search buttons on cellphones.

I never really used Google Search, only on occasions anyways
I never really used Google Search, only on occasions anyways
I used CM7's function to rebind short-press to open Google Play, and long-press to open the Android Settings page. Now I actually use that button on a daily basis, where it was never used before.
I actually want to use CM9/CM10 because you can make long pressing buttons like your back, menu, home, volume buttons to do something. Something I really want would be to long press the menu to bring up the switch app menu instead of long pressing my home button. I don't like pressing it, I feel like I'm going to break it or something. I dunno, Ill probably wait will Christmas for stable CM10 or RC1
Ugh, will get my Note II within 24 hours! Splashtop need to hurry up and release their 2.0 version. Van-man. My motherboard has the exact feature you're looking for. Not really helping you but I once found an app that could read stuff about your comp over wifi!
