I find it weird how the vertical lines, are in the direct center of the screen.
Do you have HDR switched on, if so try switching it off, and see what it looks like?

Is it JUST Source games? Try an older game (if that's possible with Source) like GTA3. (GTA3 purely because I was playing it before.)

But its all of them..if it was just 1 I'd understand but right now I have no clue.
I think I figured it out! I turned settings on my graphics card from performance to Quality..lines are now gone from the games I saw em in.. YAY! Thank you to those who tried to help.
