I can find 2xGbE PCI cards on NewEgg, but they're $170. But you can get 1xGbE cards for just $20-$30, or lower. Also, is it just me or does the math for GbE on PCI not add up? PCI (32-bit, 33MHz, as is standard) is barely over 1Gb/s of bandwidth. I doubt you can actually get full speed on both ports simultaneously, unless there's a lot of stuff able to be offloaded for some reason.

You can always use a philips in a pinch with torx. It's stupid but it works
