It's 1AM and I had nothing better to do, so I made a demonstration of why gifs fucking suck. Someone in /r/woahdude posted a nifty gif, though it was 9MB and took forever to load. Someone pointed out that a video would be a better medium for this and another guy said that videos are harder to use. Since it's 2013 and HTML5 exists, the browser will happily play mp4, webm, ect just as it would a gif. With two extra words on a regular video tag, the video will behave like a gif.
