oh god that's too much, put it back down to default and only do a small increase of around 20-40. 1.3V is starting to go overkill and can most likely kill your GPU if you don't know what you're doing. Besides from that if you've tried out all other options and know that this is a clear problem with the GPU then you should RMA it.
