I think Ca5bah thinks that any desktop with even half a pixel of Rainmeter being used (let alone the program itself being installed) truly sucks. That, or any user that uses Rainmeter is dumb themselves. I forgot the reason and nor do I particularly care.

Mine's free from anime now and I still like it. :v:
I've "convinced myself" that getting less than 10 FPS in garry's mod is unacceptable and that, if XP can get me up to 75+ fps, I can deal with it's shortcomings.
There is definitely something wrong with your PC or the Win7 install.
There is definitely something wrong with your PC or the Win7 install.
I think we've already established that the W7 install had bloatware, thanks to Dell.
I'm probably not even going to be using the thing for much longer, probably just going to install centos and run a minecraft server from it or some shit.
Everytime somebody post a linux desktop screenie, they always have an arbitrary terminal open; why?
That terminal isn't arbitrary, it's in the screenshot for a reason. Look at it.
Everytime somebody post a linux desktop screenie, they always have an arbitrary terminal open; why?
because alsi shows system information and takes a screenshot
[img_thumb]http://i.cubeupload.com/pPv5Wl.png[/img_thumb]
iTunes on Windows is a bloated piece of shit that eats system resources. There's no getting around it. I hear it's fairly decent on Macs though, even among the intelligent Mac users, which leads me to believe one of the following is taking place: - Apple bloated it on purpose as an attempt to convince Windows users to switch to Mac - It's got the entirely of OS X's sound code loading up in there. - It first tries to run special calls for Mac hardware, and if that fails tries calls for general hardware. There are numerous reasons I can think of for this (original Windows support was hastily thrown in and nobody got around to polishing it maybe, or maybe related to point one), but it's still not good.
havent had any probs w/ it vOv (User was banned for this post ("Shitposting on an alt" - Craptasket))
havent had any probs w/ it vOv
See, that's the interesting thing. These problems go away if you have a big enough surplus of resources. And since anyone who isn't running an old computer has a surplus of resources if they only have a web browser open, and maybe some MS Office program (so 94%, maybe), Apple can just leave it low priority because "most people don't have this problem". I'm assuming since you have Bootcamp and aren't having this problem, it's either my third point above or you just have a high-end Mac.

Hey guys, I need a nice desktop Icon solution. I have some icons at the left of my screen that I want to be easily accessible, but not look ugly or cluttered.
