I actually made mine from scratch. The picture in the middle can easily be changed though so variations would not be hard.

Open photoshop, select areas inside white squares, paste in any wallpaper and edit until it looks good. Pretty simple.

I only suggested Clementine because it's a recreation of Amarok 1.x
