How can you live with black bars?
They're not as pronounced as mentioned. they only look that big because they get extended when i printscreen. they're pretty nice because i keep my icons in there.

OS wars my ass.
I don't understand using 2 browsers. Just use Firefox because it's great like that.
Trying out a vertical taskbar, still not convinced.

Using two is useful if you need one for the second monitor and you hate having the browser start on the wrong screen.

Ah, okay. I need to set up another monitor again; I was trying to fix a old dell that had problems with Windows XP.

Soft7
And I use Safari for cross-browser testing - well, I rarely touch it since it's webkit and I can just use chrome for that, but at the time I went on a spree and got every browser that popped into mind, including IE starting at 5.5 (now I use IETester for that, 5.5 to 8), Opera and Lynx.

Some specifics:
That orange slice is my media player.
The square, the Qt thing, and the blue-and-yellow-thing-on-a-piece-of-paper are all Python development tools.
The face is a media center program that I can use my iPod as a remote control with.
Very first pinned object is Resource Monitor, a.k.a. Task Manager on Steroids. Takes a minute to load, but when something's beating on my system, I know every little detail.
The clock is HUD.Vision, and the calendar is Corner Calendar. Both are Rainmeter Skins.
Fallin-Angels is my Urban Terror, Armagetron Advanced, and Soldat clan.
