We do use dell support for our remote offices, but these builds are quite solid and give me something fun to do every now and then
Dell tends to be quite cheap when buying in bulk for businesses. My old school bought a hundred i5 inspiron laptops for only $1000 each, when the original one costs more than $1500

If you need high end machines for an office why not go with Falcon Northwest? They are way better then Alienware in nearly everyway. If you need boutique computers they have been among the best for a while.
They have cases made out of metal and that don't look like a damn aliens head.

Our company uses Dells.
I use an Alienware laptop. It's hard to find a powerful laptop with an AMAZING warranty. I had some issues and they came and replaced the mobo for free. They have amazing support.
