my screen res is actually 1280x1024 (well my desktop's is, my laptops 1280 x 800) I took a print screen opened up paint, pasted it and emailed myself it via an alternative way in gmail (the original mathod didnt work, just as uploading it to photobucket didn't work :X)

Cut + Paste anything that isn't an icon to Downloads, and then ctrl+a > delete key.
Better than keeping it on the Desktop.
