On my OLD computer, I could play Gmod 'Pretty' well on it.
When I first clicked this thread i thought you meant degrees Celcius, and was wondering why your computer hadn't burst into flames or something.
but even in Fahrenheit that's hot, cmake sure there's no dust on the card, make sure you have a reasonable amount of airflow going through.
Though as other's have said, Could be that your temperature gauge is just broken/faulty
