Yeah, it got pretty tight behind the motherboard tray cause of the sound dampening material. I will eventually have to redo the cable management, but I just wanted to get it running.
Snaker I have a couple questions, do you need to use the Fan controller? If it was me I'd just wire it to the PSU and use full 12v or to the motherboard for fan profiles, I'd never use the controller personally, also did you get the PSU then buy the bitfenix cables separate?

No, you don't have to use the fan controller, I already removed it. I just used it to slow the Ultra Kaze down. Got quieter fans today, so I don't need it anymore. And yeah, the PSU is from my old build and the BitFenix cables are just extensions.
Just built my first computer last friday and everything has been working great for almost a week. My cable management could use improvement I think, but it was giving me a hard time.
EDIT: Oh and the extra PSU cables are really annoying and just make it look messy...

I just realized my motherboard only has one extra port for a fan... So much for getting more air flow...

You could get Molex to 3pin adapters.
Edit:
Or a fan controller.

Derp. Didn't think of that. Thanks.

I recently bought this case too, to build my new computer. I love it <3
what mobo?
From the matte PCB I'd punt that it's at Gigabyte P67A-UD*

Ah I was close  I thought it might be one of the new Z68 boards because of the black accent colour on the heatsinks.
I want to upgrade from my 775 so bad dammit but I'm waiting for ivy/bulldozer... waiting is hard when all your friends have Sandy bridge's but god damn when I get an ivy/bulldozer they can suck my dick.

Yeah that bulldozer ricer 24/7.
Does look kind of cool in a ricer sort of way though, still wouldn't get one though.
I'll have anything with a similar style to the Xigmatek Asgard, I really like this case.
id buy it for like 20 to see if it was any good
It's a really short case.

Top mounted PSU, silver interior, no cable management backside, must be a pretty old case then.

I have the same motherboard in my system. I love it. If the UD5 had an XP version with extra SATA I would have gone with that. Mainly because today I had thoughts of Tri 580 SLI in a couple months.
Edit: Looks like they do have a Z68XP-UD5, but it's 16x-8x then 4x. Looks like I'd need to go for the UD7 prolly.

I'm contemplating modding my case to have a window. Is it worth it? My case is a Thermaltake V2.

Depends if you have access to a dremel and access to acrylic.
If you don't, your best bet is to get a new case, since yours is only $50.
