yes but the 980 overclocks to 4.5GHz.. and don't tell me what to do.
With good cooling you'll get the 955 to the same spot. Though honestly I've never heard of very many Phenom II x4's getting to 4.5GHz on air. Mostly water cooling builds for that.
Need more pictures on this page. [sp]I should really get a desktop rig[/sp]
what are your specs, lol my school has those laptops and i have a desktop.
my school are dishing out eee PC's or whatever they're called because of their £5 million computer budget, it'll be locked down to shit so unless it has a BIOS password (I know I can probably just reset the BIOS) linux is going on it the day I get it

Thanks for the info. I actually prefer Toshiba laptops, I'm probably going to get one once this laptop dies. Hasn't failed on me yet, so far.
just so you know,
I've had my Asus laptop for 4 years now, I abuse it quite a bit and travel with it alot, (it's been sat on a number of times) and it still runs perfect.
i've had 2 HP laptops for 5 years, and another for 4. no problems here apparently i'm just really lucky, or maybe it's because i don't treat my computers like shit.
Well I can say the same about my Dell laptops I've owned. I still have an old Latitude (about 8 years old) that runs perfectly, my M1210 ran for about 5 1/2 years straight until the 7400GO started shitting itself (everything else still worked fine). Now I've got an Inspiron 15R that's given me no issues yet. I'm not saying they're the highest quality laptops, because they're not. But I haven't had any issues with them, and part of that is also because I don't treat my electronics like shit. I also know about 8 other people that own Dells and haven't had any trouble. So I'll just keep buying from Dell when I need a laptop, and once I get a troublesome machine from them I'll look elsewhere.

Does anyone have the Coolermaster HAF 912 plus? if so, what's the cable management like? and can you post a pic of it, thanks. [h=1][/h]

I think Gigabytes 1155 black UD boards are some of the best looking boards around. Besides only two PCIe slots on my UD4, I love it to death.
Going to get a heatsink for cpu in about a week.
Flip clock bros! Apart from mine has a case.
