Cord Management failure. This is my first built computer, I was having problems with the Power Supply, so I couldn't be bothered to make everything really neat the second time I went around plugging everything in again.

No thats rather bad.
It's not too bad, but it's certainly not amazing.
I just read about UV "painting" and I'm considering doing it on my computer, I think it would add a unique touch to it. Would be interesting to try out.

My store was out of the corsair memory that I wanted to fit with the silver and blue look, but I just went with ripjaws.

Well, compared to my snapped in half laptop and my old pc, yeah it's definitely better.
A 550 ti and i5 2400 is very respectable honestly, I'm still running a core 2 duo with 6870 and don't plan to upgrade until Bulldozer/ivy.
The 550 Ti isn't respectable. The i5-2400 is good though.
6870 > 550 Ti IIRC.

P67 with a non-K CPU
some crap PSU that I can't even find basic info on, with the intention of using two cards with it (fireworks time)

This is the most info I can find on the PSU.
Of course, I'm buying another 550Ti for SLI, and then i'll be tearing apart all of that. I need to get myself a Modular Power Supply.
I'm not running SLI with the piece of shit I have right now.
modular is not the same as good

Well I didn't really think about making it look like that, I have a blue motherboard, ram and gpu so I would try to keep on that theme.

I think the dust really compliments the non-existent cable management.
But at the end of the month I'm getting a CM690 II and a bunch of other shit.
CLEAN THAT THING YOU HORRIBLE PERSON.
CLEAN THAT THING YOU HORRIBLE PERSON.
Will do.
[sp]when I get my new parts[/sp]
shouldn't you clean the old parts anyways....
shouldn't you clean the old parts anyways....
What?
You should clean the old parts even if you are getting new ones, in a month.
You should clean the old parts even if you are getting new ones, in a month.
I'll be cleaning everything out when I get the parts.

Why did you de-brand the PSU?
Just finished installing drivers and stuff on my brand new PC! My first build aswell
I think i did alright with cable management, most of them did fit behind the motherboard tray. It just looks messy in the middle there, but its not as bad as it looks, most of it isn't blocking the airflow.

Also, I know, 16 gigs of ram sounds like nothing but bragging rights, but why not? I got 25% off of it, and it wasn't very expensive in the first place. Also, i play the European Theathre mod for Company of Heroes, which easily eats up your 8 gigs if you try and run it on high graphics :v:
Damn the 912 is ugly on the inside, I guess you get what you pay for.
That's a 922.
Oh wow, with $100 you could get something like this:
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811103033
totally radical.
