For y'all's information, the screen on the sensei is only used to change profiles if you don't have the software installed
...or if you do have it installed and don't feel like minimizing. You can upload the profiles you create in the software to the mouse so you can use it with multiple computers without having to configure it each time. It's rather handy, actually.
[thumb]http://i.imgur.com/XTykt.jpg[/thumb] So, I went to a LAN party without a case.
You got me the idea to make a custom case :v: It would be made out of metal and would be compact, with the hdd's sitting behind the mobo
I'm jealous of all you guys that have fine cablemanagement, My case isn't big enough so cables are EVERYWHERE.

Well I finally built a desktop again. The parts before I opened them. [t]http://puu.sh/c4LW[/t] The case. [t]http://puu.sh/c4M6[/t] The inside.(Please ignore my bad cable management I'm going to fix it soon.) [t]http://puu.sh/c4Mi[/t]
[t]http://i.imgur.com/76rFF.jpg[/t] [t]http://i.imgur.com/kU54H.jpg[/t] Ignore the wiring behind the case, its effectively invisible and some cords are just long and hard to manage. Lastly, fuck that lone unmanaged cord inside the computer. It's not long enough to go any other way. edit: I should mention that this is my first case with any sort of cable management features, like the back section for wires.

I like red. Plus I'm paint the inside of the case black soon. Going for a red and black color scheme.
It's a compliment, trust me.
-I thought this was fun but ok :(-
Trust him, it’s fine. He's done this stuff for a while now.
Okay fellas, happy new year and all that shit you usually say around this time... I've got a small update for those who are interested in the XPS720 ATX transformation project. Here goes: So I drilled out the rear grill out of the chassis and started Dremeling it apart. the chassis laying on the frontside, without the rear part this is the rear metallic grill from the inside view and its BTX PCI/IO blend a different view angle marked the cutting line... Don't ask me why I left my glove on it when I took the photograph, it simply didn't come to mind to remove it first. Also the shoes and pants... and the body inside them belong to my dad, in case someone asks. >_> sawing shit apart my dad started on the first part first problems appear SHIT! and SHAZZAYUM! you're next, bitch! we decided to use the Dremel from now on, coz sawing 1mm metal sheets is kinda annoying with the small thin saw BAM! straightened a few parts here and there, also removed some more of the upper grill part and this is what came out Looks like something's missing, right? there we go, the missing L-unit ... damn it was annoying to make it fits nicely ... after a lot of filing work of course Now welding that shit is kinda out of the question, cuz all those grid parts would just burn away. I guess I'll have to solder it. parallel problem: the IO/PCI blend The upper one is the XPS720 BTX one and the lower is some standard ATX blend I ripped out once from an old proxy server at work. I want to keep these extra slots for the blue locks DELL used on their XPS PC's. (shown in the next picture) Also I'd need to drill extra 9mm holes for the XPS leds I wanna reuse + the walls on the ATX blend need to be higher + a lot of other fine work I need to do... :saddowns: These are the locks I was talking about. (picture taken before I ripped the case apart) I think I shall start a separated thread for this, shouldn't I?

The 500R looks great but in my case it's the ATX cable that isn't long enough to pass behind the mobo. It ruins everything
Can't you buy cable extenders or something?
I was going to buy a new PSU anyway. The sales begin on the 11 this month in France.
Very interesting things to look at with you changing a BTX to an ATX DELL computer.
My mouse has one. I can change the light's colors and the logo. Like right now it's red and icon is the N7 logo from Mass Effect.
Oldskool case, lots of space..I love it
I don't see what oldskool about that. They still make those cases such as the HAF X
The HAF X isn't that high. In the case shown above you could fit 2 motherboards. Spacewise I mean.
Well the case is about 10 year old and the design maybe older,it has 80mm fan holes..Its damn quiet too,1mm steel.
