Your PSU is upside down
I would say this if his case had a PSU fan vent, but if it doesn't you don't have a choice.

Oh sorry, forgot about that
My Antec 900 had one..
after I rammed it with my jigsaw. :smug:
I think I can now safely OC my CPU for the winter.

Problem is that once I get the FSB over 212mhz (about 3.39ghz) the system becomes unstable and crashes.

i did the same thing
but i got rid of mine about 2 months ago and picked up a 650D, never will look back now
someone will probably want it on craigslist for 20 bucks or something, I painted the whole case black too

-nevermind I just saw the full size-
Ok so if I want sweet lights n shit inside my case I get "cold cathodes." If I get something like this, what does it connect to for power?
Molex 12V (yellow wire)
quikkill I hope your HDD isn't really at 129c....

Most of them will come with an inverter which allows you to connect it to a 4-pin molex connector.
I was about to order my Q08, then I saw this.

It's basically a PC-Q08 with a handle instead of a top fan, and latching side panels instead of the Q08s that require 6 screws.

nvm it's a PC-TU200, got it from picture url
It's $160-$170, so at the moment I'm still leaning towards the Q08.
Well, I finally got the new build. Here is the result.

Are those 140's in the top?
Did you use any custom fans?

Dual 200mm NZXT Fans
It came with one in the top, but it started making funny noises. RMA'd it and they sent me another one. They didn't ask for the broken one so I fixed it :v:

Dual 200's. Nice.
Is your computer relatively quiet?

Yes, for the amount of fans I have (6), it is.
Also, if it is being noisy (for eg. I'm downloading something overnight), the Phantom has a fan controller.
If turn all the case fans down I can barely hear anything and temps only go up a couple of degrees.

'Tis a good combo
What clocks are you running with yours?
Without altering voltages I can get 4.4GHz max, and I'm interested to see what others get with similar setups.

I got to 4.7 without going majorly hot (Hitting ~65C on load), with only a slight voltage change. I downed it to 4.5 in the interests of safety so it never goes above 45C now.

Very nice
What voltage were you using for 4.7?
Getting a Fractal Design Core 3000 myself Or an R3.
I'm leaning towards the R3 because it's dirt cheap and it's got epic airflow. It's not the BEST out there, but it's good value for the money.
I'd get the R3, sound dampening is severely underrated.

epic airflow? haha.
I have one, and there's a massive HDD bay in the front, with one fan.
Air doesn't go to the mid section, so unless you slap fans on yourself, it hasen't got any airflow tbh.
I cable managed it as good as I could.

Probably not the 100% correct place to put it, but whatever.
Brother gave me his old, broken Xbox. Had RROD, fixed it in an hour. Turns out the thermal compounds are garbage, and the mobo was bending horribly. Works now.

Why is the CPU heatsink sideways?

The xbox I'm playing on now was one I bought for $5 that was broken. Penny mod fixed it. I'm planning on opening it up again and doing it better because it gets incredibly loud, so I think it's overheating a little.
