Guys just ignore/Report him and move on with the thread [editline]25th December 2012[/editline] Also, Could anyone help me with my question Don't want to waste another thread on a question that's so similar
Well, a 660 isn't that bad, and since it's prebuilt you might have to replace the PSU in it as well, which is another $60. A GTX 660 is right in your price range, and it's what you're already getting so keep it.
Are you seriously going to dispute the fact that the 400 series is 2 generations old and that any video card goes by generation and not tier when it comes to the first number. You've gotta be kidding me. Do you also think that the 7xxx series is the first generation of AMD cards ever? Because that's what you're making it sound like. Me using the word bro means nothing, it's quite apparent already that you have no fucking idea what you're saying.
not making it sound like anything you're either just making up points to argue with or you're just not reading and blindly responding to me. bottom line is, the 460 is almost the exact same price as the 7770 and drastically outperforms it and has a much smaller chance of having technical problems with certain games. comparing the scale of each company's products, the 460 is lower end than the 7770, yet it still outperforms it. the fact that you use the word bro means you're obnoxious. [editline]25th December 2012[/editline]
No one here want's you fanboyism Please take it somewhere else and let these people back to helping the OP out.
yeah, it's definitely fanboyism. I don't think anyone should have to go through the endless nonsense I had to go through with AMD. it's not 100% their fault but that doesn't make it any less annoying. if you have an AMD card you WILL deal with frequent performance problems. even if you have a 7970. the first thing I posted obviously wasn't that serious, but people started attacking so what am I supposed to do?

There are no problems unique to AMD, Nvidia has just as many, just as frequent, and for both companies they're few and far between.

I'm not saying nvidia is a godly company that has no flaws at all. what I'm saying is, nvidia is a priority for most developers. some of them don't even bother to test their products on AMD cards. is that because AMD is just an awful company? no, obviously not. but it's still a problem. overall, nvidia's products provide a much less frustrating experience for the user. that was the general feeling I got from the PC gaming community, and when I upgraded my gpu it was all the proof I needed.
