Does NCIX use Ontario Warehouses, whenever I get an item from them I get it from there. And local orders from newegg are from Ontario too I believe.
Depends, NCIX will use ontario warehouses if you live east of Winnipeg. I get my stuff from the Richmond warehouses, and yes, the newegg.ca warehouse is in Ontario.

NCIX Ships from Vancouver if you live west of Delta appearently, just trying to add information.

Unfortunatly newegg has shit all stock at the ontario warehouse. Only 1 out of 5 of my items are coming from Ontario, my hard disk.
NCIX has more expensive shipping I find, but they have sales much more often than newegg. Just check their daily deals, there is always so much stuff.
But newegg is generally cheaper, I find.
