Which one of these two computers is the best one for gaming?

The bottom one has better grapics and more RAM, and the top one has a better CPU, less RAM and a worse graphics card.

Doing some more snooping around I went from falling over the 5551G, to lying on it. Since the AMD is almost equal to the i3, and the graphics card in the 5551G is better and it has more RAM, it has o mean the 5551G is a lot better overall.

The processors NotebookCheck tested MW2 on is an i7 420QM, and an i5 430M. So I found them in the Intel vs AMD PassMark test, and put them together to see the difference, with the bottom processor being the one in the 5551G:

The i5 is a better processor, but it doesn't matter when the rest is a pile of dog-turd, so go for the bottom one.

Yeah, I was mainly looking how different they were because the FPS benchmarks do NOT show the FPS I would get with the AMD processor, only with other processors like the i5, i7 and such.
So I looked that if there was a big difference, my FPS would be lower, but since there doesn't seem to be a big difference at all, I figured I'll get about the same FPS - give or take 10 or so.

SO I JUST NOW found a PC that is like a crossover between the two PC's in the OP. It has the i5 processor, and the ATI-graphics card giving me the best of both worlds. Specs:

Intel Core i5 430M, 2.26GHz
4GB RAM DDR3 SO-RIM
640GB Hard Drive
ATI Mobility Radeon HD5650, 1GB DDR3

IMO Packard Bell is a somewhat reliable company. I know many out there have had many problems, but my mom and dad's from 2004 has been running flawless. It's really your own choice.
