OP (who's now banned, but whatever (he never stood a chance to understand jack shit about Windows 7),) as said previously, svchost's high memory usage is just Superfetch in action. You CAN disable Superfetch, but Microsoft didn't leave it in just to fuck with you. Superfetch is useful as hell as it reduces loading times of common apps along with more functionality that I can't name off the top of my head right now. MW2's bad performance can be attributed to you having a shitty computer. Readyboost is not a substitute for RAM and is not nearly as fast, so don't count it in your overall RAM. It likely won't help at all in extensive usages like MW2. The fact that you didn't post specs also makes it hard to believe that your computer is anything but ancient, not to mention since you keep bitching about svchost using *gasp* 112 whole megabytes!
