What monitor arm is that? Where did you get it/how do you like it?
Hmm, which table is that?
Probaly redoing some of my room, and that actually looks sort of sturdy.

Although cramped it looks ridiculously sleek because of the contrast in color. I think some better cable management would do you good. Don't the cables get tangled into with the bottom of the chair?
Edit: Oh, what I thought was cables is actually the carpet's pattern.
But yeah, I could use some better cable management, but every time I try to make my cables look pretty I need one of them and then it's all fucked up again in 5 seconds. So I kinda gave up on that.

This happens to me a lot,
Day 1: Oh look how pretty my cable management is.
Day 2: Fuck new package, need to plug it in.
Day 3: Where the fuck is that USB cable? Damnit I need to take it with me to work.
Day 4: Shit this plug isn't reaching to where I moved this.
Day 5: ANOTHER USB CABLE FOR THIS THING? FUCK!

It's an Ergotron LX. There are a couple of different versions. Desk mounted arms, wall mounted arms, long and short slider rods. I also got one of those for my Cintiq. It's worth getting one if you're not comfortable with the default X-stand the Cintiq has or if you don't like the fact how much space a Cintiq uses up on a desk. So you could bscly clap in your arm and move the cintiq to the desks edge like shown on LufOo's pics.

That's odd.. Have the excact same in my closet. And legs... But they don't stand as sturdy as I wanted them to. So now I have some old massive desk and put my old VIKA corner table in another room, and the straight one fits in my closet. The round one seemed to hold still, the other one just didn't.

WOps. Sorry, but as Romka said it is an Ergotron LX thing

Hmm, I keep mine at a carpet and it's close to the wall for support, maybe that's why? I don't know, but mine is pretty sturdy, doesn't wobble or anything like that.
Ergotron hydraulics are horrible.
Ergotron hydraulics are horrible.
What? My Ergotron operates by a spring, it works pretty well, especially considering it easily swings a 10 kg heavy monitor around my desk pretty easily. If I'm drawing on it while not leaned towards the desk it may wobble, but if it just hangs there it's pretty study.
I like it pretty good.
Well then you have no experience with their hydraulics, do you?
Finally got my Catleap a few weeks ago. And finally got it working in Arch at native res last night.
Well then you have no experience with their hydraulics, do you?
Didn't even know they existed, sorry. What product did you use?
Several of their single and multi arm solutions, every single one failed after no time.

I have been using an Ergotron LX with an extension arm for over three years now, much of that time extended out away from the wall and elevated and I have had zero issues with it. From my experience with using them extensively in the simulation center at the hospital I have never been disappointed with their performance. What products where you using?
Mostly their LX Solutions, I'm replacing all of them with StyleView now cause they said the problems wouldn't occur anymore, otherwise I'll bill them a full day for each StyleView station I have to get swaped.

They are actually being used the way they are supposed to, constant up and down every day in the Intensive Care Units for when they need to get them out of the way etc.
It's just great when they hydraulics die after just 1-2 years in pretty much every single one and I have to send in 2 of my guys to replace them.
I really want to make a desk with red vika annefors and a white amon table top. Maybe paint the walls white? I really want my room to look nice because I'm getting the second largest in the house when my older brother finally heads off to college. Ideas for colors? How practical are the annefors as legs? They're only 70cm high

imo pure white walls look horrible
i'd get dulux polished pebble and paint the skirting board a pure white
paint one wall in the room a strong colour, will make the room less bland and look 110% better
I honestly haven't a clue what I want to do with it, it's gonna be a year from now still but I want to have it to look forward to :V:
I couldn't stand a desk at 27" high, I've gotten far to comfortable with the 32" height I built my desk at.
My desk right now is 30", but with the table top on the annefors it would be about 29"

Forgot to mention they're all thumbed, and I only have that uncalibrated TV with duplicated displays because when my girlfriend comes round she demands we watch Pokémon, so I just play it on the TV so I can watch it from bed, it's not used normally I turned it on for the picture V:v:V

What are the dimensions for that desk?
My current setup @ PDXLAN, am going to upload more pictures of the event when I get home.

Hey. that was posted on NVidias Facebook page
What are the dimensions for that desk?
Something like 140"x26" deep with the table top at 32" off the ground.
Also that's an ancient picture.
