Orlando, FLORIDA
October
I was there, Orlando, last week and it wasn't that bad.
It's constantly like 32c or 35 c here.
So when I use my comp I normally have to turn on the aircon to make sure it doesn't get TOO hot.

it's february, go in august and you'll melt on contact
How do you guys get different wallpapers on different screens?
[I know there are some software that do this but I just want to explore options.]
So I'm thinking about using a folding table like this for my desk
http://www.amazon.com/Office-Star-6-Foot-Center-Fold-Multipurpose/dp/B0015TUXT8/ref=cm_cr_pr_product_top
It's easy and I might need to switch dorms a couple times in a few months, and I'm not really a fan of my current desk right now. Anyone got experience with this?

I move these, assemble/disassemble, and stock these tables every day at work. I have loaded well over 100 lbs of items distributed evenly without any bending or failure of any kind. They are safe, durable, and although they can bump around & about when you transport them (it is best to slide them to their destination on their side rather than carrying them), they can be moved anywhere within minutes. Folding time is literally seconds.
If you get the kind in your link, where the table itself folds in the center, it will be a bit weaker. I suggest getting the single-piece table with folding legs unless you absolutely are hell-bent on achieving maximum space efficiency when it is in storage.

Oh god why run the CM690II by actually turning on the LED? :(
So this is my desk - Just moved, pretty happy with how it has turned out so far.
Used a HTC Wildfire S for images, sorry about the quality.

Actually my mistake. October is fine, but one time I went up in january, and it was about 20f until noon.
Orlando has too many bugs and the weather is kind funky.
People have BUG NETS surrounding their backwards.
wtf
Here is my workspace.
I just finished tidying my desk up and re-arranging stuff.

HEY EVERYBODY
THIS GUY HAS AN AMD BULLDOZER
I hope it was free.
Or had a super crazy discount.
I hope it was free.

I see nothing wrong with this processor, never had a problem with it.
Please do tell what you think is bad about it.
Are you saying you paid full price for underperforming hardware?
Are you saying you paid full price for underperforming hardware?
It was on sale. I know it under-performs a bit. But, not enough for me not to buy it. This processor performs to my expectations and get's the job done quite nicely. Although, I would have went with an i7. But, I didn't have enough money for it at that current time of buying the rest of my system.
Where did you buy it from and how much was the discount?
Where did you buy it from and how much was the discount?
Newegg, like $10. (yeah, not much). But, as I said. That was all I could afford at the time for a processor.
In the future, I'll probably upgrade to an i7 of some sort when I get the money to spend on it.
The 2500k would still have been cheaper and much better.
He's bought it anyway, not much point in saying what he could have gotten.
It's more that people should do more research on what they're buying.
Plus he said he may upgrade to an i7 later, even though an i5 would be better if he isn't doing a lot of video or something, making the FX a waste of money in the long run.
Where the hell is David Tennent when we need him...
I remember last time when someone had a Bulldozer and then he made it last like three pages.
[editline]21st February 2012[/editline]
Also I'm not sure what The Doctor can really do here.

The processor only lasted three pages of discussion?
The processor only lasted three pages of discussion?
No he argued with people for three pages about Bulldozer.
