I'm trying to convince my parents to let me paint my room a slightly lighter blue than yours, I have black furniture and I quite like the color scheme

120" computer screen. My cheap custom made HTPC/gaming desktop attached, as well as PS3. It will chip relatively easily, especially on edges and corners, so you have to be careful with it. It's very big however so has lots of space (especially the 200cm version). It's a great cheap desk.

The HAF 912 is $60. I know the other one is better, but again, I have very little money. The only money I get it shit like birthdays and holidays. My only work is picking up my grandpa's yard. And with turtle beaches, the only pair I own are the X11s I got for xmas. Complete shit. Falling apart, crappy sound quality and especially microphone quality. I'm still stuck with them too.

The only thing I ever bought from turtle beach was a soundcard back in 2004. It was so bad I wanted to rip it out my PC and set it on fire. I mostly blame the drivers which were god awful. I learned how to connect my xbox 360 to my Creative X-Fi Titaniums optical in and just set it up as passthrough to my PC headset. Works like a charm and now I don't have to disconnect and reconnect my headphones to another device when I go from PC gaming to console gaming. For anything else I would look into buying a Mixamp or Steelseries XB headsets.

Everyone I know who has had Turtle Beaches, apply to the following list of traits: >Overpriced for the sound quality >Build quality was questionable at all price ranges >At least decently comfortable >Broke within 6 months with average use (1 hour a day tops) [editline]16th April 2012[/editline] They've beaten Monster Cable at their own game, except Beats actually don't fall apart

The only reason I bought them is so that I can hear game audio and talk into the same headset. I know they're shit, trust me.

That's a good enough reason to own a pair. I think there are some better mics for that but last time I checked they were crazy expensive.
