"Sweating some goals"
When I was prepubescent, I didn't have that kind of technology.
I am prepubescent, and I hate how because the majority of people my age are retards, I can't use a mic on TF2 without getting harassed about it. Believe me, if I COULD change the pitch of my voice, I would.
I'm glad you decided to share your growing discontent against your age group because you're clearly better than them and therefore able to make that complaint
Oh god, listening to him trying to pronounce Logitech hurt me.
Mate, you want some loggy tech?
I'm glad you decided to share your growing discontent against your age group because you're clearly better than them and therefore able to make that complaint
Thanks.

Look back at yourself in 3 years and try saying the same thing.
[editline]3rd September 2012[/editline]
And generally whenever I have come across a non retarded prepubescent chap he hasn't been harassed cause he isn't a whiny asshole (thats not directed at you).
Just saw a picture of three monitors in portrait. Must... have...

Some day I will have a huge monitor with portrait monitors matching height on either side.
Some day.

And that cintiq that pulls out on a hinge, all of my want.
My boss has a huge Dell with 2 smaller Dell's matching up on the sides, I fucking want that setup for home :(

So I found this shining example of prepubescent feng shui
Christ, is the guy filming this having a seizure?

Don't worry, in a few years you'll realise how retarded you were too.

It's incredibly difficult to find matching monitors
Some day I will have more than 1 monitor
Some day I will have a monitor larger than 19" 1440x900.. But that day is not yet upon us
Some day I will have more than 1 monitor
That day for me is tomorrow, or the day after that if post is delayed, or the day after that, etc.

I wish monitors were cheap
I wish monitors were cheap
CRTs are.
CRTs are.
if I bought a second monitor it would be the same as my current (HANNS-G HL231)
Find me a ~35" CRT that can do 3840x2160 at 72hz.

Yeah no
I know.
So many people tell me about how amazing CRT's are, and for some things they are. But size + Resolution, not really. Sure you get like 2400x1600 on some 24" monitors, but that's too small for me.

I prefer using smaller monitors + higher monitor count so CRT's are perfect for me
And uh, unless you get very lucky, CRT's aren't that cheap anymore.
[editline]4th September 2012[/editline]
Really though, it's getting to the point where CRT's have less and less benefits every month compared to flat panels, so I think it might be a good idea to stop recommending them unless you have a special interest in CRT technology or whatever.
the coil whine is what ruins it for me. I don't really think the smoothness is enough to make up for it
the coil whine is what ruins it for me. I don't really think the smoothness is enough to make up for it
I don't know why people complain about coil whine so much
I literally can't hear it; maybe it's because of more 'developed' ears or whatever but still
Hopefully another 120hz for me tomorrow from OC.co.uk, Samsung S23A750D, probably will be thursday :v: My last one was from Amazon, XL2420T but got three replacements; red patches, bad bleeding/clouding and dead pixels.
Please, for the love of god, no dead pixels on this one. I can cope with minor light bleed or even some clouding now as that's standard and being fussy, but please.. no dead pixels.

Dead pixels are my absolute worst nightmare, because if I have to RMA anything it could take literally months

Ouch :| OC.co.uk fortunately say that they provide dead pixel free guarantee of Samsung/Iiyama monitors.
Does yours currently have one?

Don't buy from OC sadly, but maybe I should start doing so.
OC shipping is pretty decent too, so it might be a pretty good alternative to ebuyer/scan anyways
