You're not alone. I don't even think my computer supports 3 monitors. I have one BenQ 1920x1080 and an older Acer 1366x768 x163w. Enough for me though. (Have a look at my last post in this thread).
I've got a 1920x1080 and a 1440x900, I do have a 1680x1050 but I have it on my Xbox instead, 2 monitors is enough for me.
I did some cable management with nothing but my desk.

adhesive LED strips, and since the monitors are angled they emit away from the center screen.
