strikebango seriously
what?
I have 2 Samsung HD502IJ which have about 16mb buffer, so should i notice any difference ? When starting up steam etc.
Oh hey, i have a 500GB spinpoint F1 too. It's a fairly quick drive the buffer doesn't really have an impact on the drive though.
From this website http://www.afterdawn.com/products/product_details.cfm/3874/samsung_spinpoint_f1_hd502ij Buffer (Buffer size) Hard disks have an internal buffer (or cache) that functions as an intermediate repository for data being transferred between the hard disk and the PC. In hard disks, the buffer is used to hold the results of recent reads from the disk, and also to hold information that is likely to be requested in the near future. The buffer reduces the need to physically access the drive and therefore improves the performance of any hard drive.
dude sikk overclock what kinda RPMs you gettin outta that thing??
Made a GOOEY in VisualBasic to overclock my PSU capacitors so it can push the data quicker through the cablez Edit: It hurts to read that back
Those are good. I have four of the ST3's.
shit i have the ones strikebango wants and wtf, how do you do a software update or some shit? mine just randomly started losing data and corrupting it, I thought that the drive was broken/had to be rma'd but the smart test was fine then i reinstalled windows and now its fine although now the seagate seatools says it has to be replaced immediately, thing is someone on forums said it could be fixed with Software update.
Made a GOOEY in VisualBasic to overclock my PSU capacitors so it can push the data quicker through the cablez Edit: It hurts to read that back
do you have blue fans it won't run cool if you don't have blue fans (what's sipwicket without some CI once in awhile)
and this is why you don't buy the G930 surround sound in headphones is a gimmick
I have the G35 and the surround sound is actually fairly decent.
I have the G35 and the surround sound is actually fairly decent.
no it really isn't you might think it is but surround sound in headphones is literally the embodiment of a gimmick
no it really isn't you might think it is but surround sound in headphones is literally the embodiment of a gimmick
For headphones it's good, for surround sound it's decent.
do you have blue fans it won't run cool if you don't have blue fans (what's sipwicket without some CI once in awhile)
[t]http://i.imgur.com/mejNX.jpg[/t] Close enough! Shoulda got green ones though, they make it faster through some alien tech.
For headphones it's good, for surround sound it's decent.
similarly priced headphones with 2 speakers will yield a much better sound quality the concept behind surround sound in headphones revolves around "let's put in 3 $10 speakers on each side" instead of "let's put 1 $30 speaker on each side" [editline]15th August 2012[/editline] not to mention proper sound cards with Dolby Surround Sound can accurately emulate surround sound with two speakers
If you want a proper soundcard get som asus xonar ones you can get a cheap one like for example a Xonar DX or DGX , those have headphone amps etc.

Theme is blend 2.0 (b version): http://zainadeel.deviantart.com/art/Blend-2-0-for-Windows-7-191678865
Why does that look like an apple ad :(
Not to mention humans only have two ears. Seriously. Headphones allow for simulated surround sound by default and at least BF3 does it decently with its stereo mode.
Wow am late
