Can't you do that automatic scroll thing on windows explorer? (middle click and drag down a bit)
If so you could do the search *.jpg thing and make it scroll down at a speed that generates them.
That's what I was doing, and I can't.
Reflow the BGA solder between a chip and the motherboard.
[editline]16th August 2012[/editline]
At least that's what it sounds like.
This shop had a proper BGA rework station. They tried replacing the solder balls with proper leaded stuff 3 times with no dice.

Oh well, i'll just have to sell it on ebay as faulty.
Also most the time in laptop repairs its a matter of replacing a faulty part, it's not often that something comes along that can be fixed without hacky methods.
I hope I never have to fix the internal parts of laptops. I've been taking my personal laptop apart frequently to see what I will have to deal with, but I'm always afraid I'll break something. Is there any danger in static shock or something when opening up computers?

Yes. Always ground yourself before working on a computer.

Yes, but if you ground yourself it'll be fine.

Use a script to repeat the down arrow key every half second or something.
Because it actually improves the audio quality over stock without an equalizer?
Because it actually improves the audio quality over stock without an equalizer?
Beats is an equalizer?
All it is basically is just a poor dynamic equaliser.

Hence it's a equalizer, you just said it yourself :rolleye:
CyanogenMod has shipped with its own systemwide equalizer since CM7.
I know that, and no one is stopping you from installing cyanogenmod. I'm simply saying that Beats Audio do improve your audio quality over stock ROMs that does not have any build in audio enhancement equalizer of any form.

Your post made it sound like you were implying it isn't an equaliser. Also it doesn't really improve quality per say.
Ended up not buying the six LCD panels because they were too small and consumed too much power to really be worth it. I instead picked up two LG L204WT's

Goodbye two 21" CRT's. You will be missed.

I meant compared to stock ROMs that doesn't already have a equalizer. It does improve quality quite a bit if you do a side by side comparison.
So a broken Samsung SyncMaster 2493hm was given to me for free today. It appears it can be fixed, but its either i fix it myself or mail it in to someplace to get it fixed for about 100 bucks. Should i attempt to fix it myself?

If it's just the capacitors, do it yourself. You don't even need to be good with a soldering iron... I wasn't when I did it. Turn that shit around for profit!

I have no clue is. When you plug it in the button just blinks and the screen just stays blank. I've looked up the problem but there were multiple solutions for it.
I've been using a certain e-mail address since I was a little kid.
I'm finally making the move to switch all my services over to my GMail address.
This is going to take fucking forever.

I need to do this, I have like 3 different Hotmail accounts and it's starting to take the piss.
Another idea is to add enough ram(at least 4gb) to create a suitable sized ramdisk, then set your pagefile to run in the ramdisk. This way you get the speed of an SSD for your pagefile(a ramdisk is essentially a temp SSD), but take the wear and tear off your real SSD.
Would a 24" version of a monitor be worth the $20 more over the 23.6" version?
Dumb question but I felt like asking anyway.

In general, no, but in this case, yes. The reason being that that 23" has only a VGA input, while the 24" has an HDMI as well. Go with that one.
... I just finished changing my contact details on all the important sites.
I went back like a thousand or so e-mails to help me figure out what sites I actually want to keep contact with.
So, about 1% of the e-mail I get.
Steam, Battle.net, Facepunch, the bank, Reddit and a couple of random services, but that's really it.
And those e-mails will always stay in storage on my GMail account.
I actually have the 21" which has HDMI and it looks like shit tbh. Colors are distorted and everything.
then again the model with hdmi was discontinued shortly after it was released...
Random guy from my school just messaged me, wonder if he will even try to be smart....

I hate dickheads like that. My Facebook is rammed with people who only talk to me when they need me for something.
+1 for you.
If these people still have them, i could score an unidentified 6850 for $100, non-specific ASUS 1.5GB GTX 480 for $120 or an EVGA GTX 470 SSC for $150, probably going to go for the 480 or 470 as the 6850 is rather far away. Hopefully they email me back.
My shitty paychecks at work don't leave me much to spend on my PC so $150 is about the limit, and i can tell my 9800GTX+ is getting too old by now.
Oh god, CM10 for my phone comes with Beats Audio.
su rm /system/apps/AwesomeBEATS.apk
[editline]16th August 2012[/editline]
Why would you even include that?
I know your pain. Every person who makes a KANG CM build for my phone seems to have a need to add 3 extra launchers, themes, and other shit. It pisses me off bigtime.

Shit like this is why I'm sticking to "stock" CM builds. I'll wait for the official CM10.

that's the thing, no-one will maintain CM9/10 for the Desire HD/Inspire 4G in the Cyanogenmod official repos etc, so I'm shit out of luck.
I need to learn how to build these things myself.
Fuck, my computer is busy taking the piss.
My 4850 is deciding to randomly shit itself and freeze to the point that VPU recover can't save it and the computer BSODs me out of everything I was doing.
Drivers shouldn't be the issue anymore, now it's down to the GPU itself, or possibly RAM. My GPU hasn't even overheated yet, I run it at 100% fan constantly. I don't think it's ever exceeded 70C...

I just have my emails collected from my main a dress on Gmail
It has its downsides (Can only check emails once in 5 minutes or so), but I have way too many websites registered on my old email
