I never said this and I don't think so, I was making an extremely overdrawn example of what makes the issue more complicated, because making a line where it's legal and where it's not is hard, by saying that you could use it for a headache is of course unrealistic but I thought it would convey that point. and I never said that locked-in syndrome is temporary, but it actually is in some cases.
