AMD Piledriver cpu specs: http://www.eteknix.com/news/amd-piledriver-cpu-specifications-revealed/
Its all just speculation anyways.
It seems like they had to drive the clock speeds up as high as possible. Isn't really a good sign.
Does anyone have an idea on how i can get the PS3 fat switch board hooked up to a PC? I want to put a HTPC in a PS3 fat case
Or just nix the high and go straight for ultra definition.
That feel when the only download of a 22 year old TV documentary is a neglected torrent that's only giving me 4KiB/s
That documentary is still under copyright, making your actions illegal, which means that's a post about warez. I'm rusty about the rules here, but isn't that against the rules?

Remember me falling off my chair and breaking a lot of stuff? Coolermaster sent a replacement front io board, but since they couldn't ship it to Russia, I had to ship it to a mail forward service I use, which will then ship it here. Adventures... Oh well, at least it's all free! And hopefully Airmail won't fuck this up.
don't be such a douche. it's not like he's gonna find it anywhere else. he might need it for an essay or something
I think it was more noting that a more zealous mod might ban for that
LD Life Definition
Now that, I would have a problem with. Much like how I hate "retina" display, especially since display densities are only going to continually improve in the future, and although the clarity goes through a process of diminishing returns, it doesn't mean you don't still notice it. Remember when 640K of RAM was "enough for anyone"? (edit: this was more of rant against Apple, not to you, altern)
I think it was more noting that a more zealous mod might ban for that
Given the fact that i got a 1 week ban for pointing to a rar file named pokemon gold, highlighting a speed that would embarrass a Dial Up on Valium, I'd take the safe route on that
well this is fun... gpu overheats like a bitch, gonna start the rma crap tomorrow.
well this is fun... gpu overheats like a bitch, gonna start the rma crap tomorrow.
You have the worst luck of anyone I know.
If anything I have bad luck with gpus.
If anything I have bad luck with gpus.
and psus
12 (maybe 14?) bad gpus > 1 bad psu
same here, all girls i know in irl, it's funny to know they clicked some porn linl
People still use MSN!?
I just think ATI/AMD cards hate me. My current card is a GTX 670 and is my first "bad" Nvidia card.
i've had no bad luck yet. [editline]27th August 2012[/editline] FUCK FUCK FUCK I JINXED MYSELF
I once thought my GPU died turns out the fan was unplugged
I've only ever had my soundcard 'fail' on me Anything else was at my fault really
I have had *inhales* Dead modxstream PSU half dead motherboard dead GPU x3 dead generic PSU x2 dead RAM x7 dead motherboard bad HDD x3 (one of them had my college work on, thank fuck for dropbox) and one bad zalman ZM VE 200 SE
I had a PSU break in a strange way, my PC wouldn't turn off - the fans would still be running when I turned it off the normal way, and it took some button mashing to turn the PC on. [editline]28th August 2012[/editline] that was back when I used pre-builts, so I don't really remember what exactly went down
I connected my fans to the floppy power output The motherboard literally exploded into my face but the pc works fine
I was thinking I could buy a cheap core 2 duo off ebay, reuse my server's old motherboard, add some spare RAM, a spare hdd and then buy a case/PSU and perhaps a cooler for the GPU I have laying around and I'll have a nice HTPC. If I were to do that, it would cost more than a cheap Core 2 Duo machine off Kijiji...
oh jesus http://www.audioholics.com/news/industry-news/super-hi-vision-8k-standard
We've been talking about it for days. Unfortunately Rusty came in and started talking. http://www.facepunch.com/showthread.php?t=1207661
128GB Samsung 830 or 120GB Intel 330? The Samsung is $109 and the Intel is $104.
Samsung 830. Screw the 3K P/E nand on the 330's and slower firmware.
god this is awesome as heck video out on the gtx 670 is way sharper than the 6770
god this is awesome as heck video out on the gtx 670 is way sharper than the 6770
Which is interesting as most people I know say that AMD has better desktop quality.
I was using a cheapo OEM as well, so that probably explains it. Still, admittedly as this was the second try today on the 670 (the first one had a screwed up HDMI out, aka no plug fit), it looks way better than the 6770. [editline]27th August 2012[/editline] I seem to have better experience with Nvidia anyways, so I'll sit in the corner with my 365 dollar card.
