As a selling point you might be able to get away with it, but realistically no.

Searched the individual parts and 5 of them from the computer and it already costs more assuming I; can find it somewhere that ships to canada / haven't done something horribly wrong searching for these.

I wasn't trying to say "run the whole program on the GPU". I was trying to say "run certain library functions on the GPU".
And hopefully an integrated on-die GPU could communicate with the CPU faster than the CPU can reach out to RAM, so latency should be not a huge deal.
My ISP came by today, on my request since my internet is basically coming in as morse code, and replaced my modem with this one

I didn't know RCA was even a company anymore. I think I saw one of these in that TV show with Phil Hartman, News Radio

My ISP did the same thing a few months ago. Same modem and everything. I haven't experienced any problems with it though.

It isn't a company anymore, but some companies still use the trademark (?)

There are other ways of getting an OS, for example asking for a key.
And the prebuilt had a discount. What was like half the original price.
And maybe you should look for the parts in newegg.ca or ncix.ca?

Also, I got a call from my ISP/Mobile operator (Two companies merged)
Hello, I am from your ISP. What computers do you have in your household?
Well, One active desktop and four laptops.
*slight pause*
Oh, and three smarphones.
Ahh, so I take that you do not need a 3G stick for mobile internet access then?
well, yeah.
Thank you, have a nice day.
Bye.
And all that while being really friendly. I love their customer support and everything.
In the last edit of Obama's AMA.... well I'll just show you.

I think it's kind of funny to see famous people poking fun at memes of them. Sure, the meme may not be very funny anymore, but I couldn't help but laugh, same as when Bear Grylls did the drink my own pee thing on twitter.
So the silicone tips for my Klipsch IEMs are missing, I blame the cats. I can't even get the replacement ones from here and I'm 90% sure the replacements they do sell here won't work with them.
My mom insists an calling megabits "megabeeps".
My mom has a 16gb iPhone, and whenever a commercial comes on for a phone advertising it as 4G, she asks, "Why is 4G such a big thing when mine is 16G? Doesn't that make mine better?"
Anyone here watch Code Lyoko? I made a new megathread for it and the upcoming reboot season in the Film/TV section.

Fuck. Yes.
They better fully translate the series this time. Can't believe CN cut out so close to the end.
Not really that impressive, my microwave could run that engine

It's not impressive, it's just nice that WinRT will have games.

It's the full desktop engine, not the dumbed down ios/android one
Is there a tool to burn images into the bottom of a Writeable disk? (Is it possible with the available drivers?)
Is there a tool to burn images into the bottom of a Writeable disk? (Is it possible with the available drivers?)
I had this exact idea before, somebody has a half made .c program on instructables that kinda works
I was just thinking about removing a laser and then I had the glorious idea that oyu could just shine it on the disk. Which then lead to skipping the whole removal and just imprinting them.
Whats up with this?

Some java exploit.
It can install / run any software on your computer.
It looks similiar to the exploit wich was in the uplay browser plugin from ubisoft.
Just disable java in your browserm and you're fine.
If I had a cent every time someone said that Java has a critical security hole in it and it's so bad it will destroy humanity etc etc...

Giant foreheads the cartoon.
So I dug out an old Pentium 3 from my loft (runs @ ~700mhz with 128mb of RAM), it's running Windows XP at the moment but I feel like sticking some kind of Linux distro on it.
Apart from Arch, what would y'all recommend?
Some Steamroller pics:
