I'm guessing it may be a feature of the nForce drivers. Would explain why I never noticed it before.
I just installed RST which includes Intel controller drivers and still no port tabs.

I'm paying for a fucking 7Mbps, but i have that shit instead. I phoned to the ISP almost 20 times and they say i should be covered and that they'll check the situation with the technic support, but they already checked a long time ago and found that i haven't a technical issue but a commercial one (they are so lazy that they don't even know of my issue, even if i phoned them often). Nothing fucking changed since spring, and i already said them i won't pay a cent for my bad connection.
I have a TON of games on Steam and i can't download them because of this bullshit. Fuck you Telecom, hope you have a barefooted Christmas with LEGO bricks all over the floor.

The problem is that i don't have any other choice, Telecom owns the entire fucking line (yes, monopoly) and the other providers are shit. Italy is an european country with african infrastructures.
