I want to build a rocking 2.1 Setup for my computer. I think I'm going to build the speakers. I'm thinking a tight 8" Sub, with an 8" Passive radiator and a 250w plate amp, and I'm not sure about the mains. I just don't want to spend a ton on money on some mediocre PC 'reference speakers' that have a weak internal amp, or a logitech 2.1 system. Although I love my old Logitech Z-2300 THX 2.1 setup, but all of Logitechs new 2.1 stuff just is odd shaped. I think I might build a new set of cabinets and upgrade a very nice vintage pair of L400's and build a nice tight sub to go with it. Anyone here running a traditional non-pc speaker system in their setup?

There's alot of maths that goes into it and i needed help designing my L ported enclosure. Worth it though.

Ugh fuck, my idea of using backtrack failed. This laptop is weird, the DVD drive detects a W7 DVD but not the backtrack one, And it does not support boot from USB. The backtrack DVD works on my PC though.
