CIPWTTKT&GC v0x14 (v20): Turning it off and on all day every day - Hardware & Software

[img]https://dl.dropbox.com/u/59389727/sizzlin.PNG[/img] Can anyone explain why for about a minute my download speed will shoot up to like 3mb/s? I seriously have no clue why it happens, but I want to learn to harness its power so I can download things faster.

So, I'm watching CSI Miami because nothing else is on and there's another one of their infamous "hacking" scenes. They literally use this Minority Report-like panel to find the password to decrypt a HDD and they make it look like a classic timebomb defusing scene since they had 30 seconds to do it (of course they ended up doing it with 1 second left to spare).

Has anyone ever had a problem with Portal 1 changing your resolution to 1280x768 until you close it?
