CIPWTTKT&GC v0x14 (v20): Turning it off and on all day every day

So I've just put a touchscreen (single touch resistive, not too bad seems to do the job) on my Windows 8 netbook. The problem is with the drivers included (it needs them otherwise it's very inaccurate even with calibration) it acts like a mouse, I want it to act like it would with a Windows 8 tablet. It does work like a touch PC until I install the drivers, is there a way to make it work normally again?

Edit: Browsing around Google makes it look like a driver issue, need to make Windows see it as a touchscreen again and not a mouse

Drinking age is 18, right? Here it's 21 and kids tend to start at 16. Estonia isn't as bad as America.

I work 40 hours a week in a steaming hot warehouse. When the weekend comes its sometimes nice to sit by the fire with some friends, good music, beer, and women.
