Are there any Dropbox+google drive clients made yet?
teehee, <3 my job
I'm more interested in dat Sonic Adventure 2 for Dreamcast. If my Dreamcast still worked I'd play the fuck out of it.
So I decided to use Itunes to copy some music to my ipod. The second I try importing my library it blasts the music (Which happened to be metal) at full volume for no reason And people still ask me why don't I use Itunes [editline]2nd August 2012[/editline] Wait there are no working last.fm scrobbers for IOS? What the hell
i think you have to jailbreak to get an actual scrobbler
Yay for Amiga boing.
Your reply took longer than I expected.
Not the right thread but I'm going to the store for buy a new gpu and monitor these are the ones I'm looking at are these any good? http://www.webhallen.com/se-sv/hardvara/132199-asus_24_led_ve248h_hogtalare_hdmi_dvi_2_ms How does that monitor compare to this, http://www.webhallen.com/se-sv/hardvara/146543-asus_24_vs248h_hdmi_dvi_2ms And finally gpu http://www.webhallen.com/se-sv/hardvara/154337-evga_geforce_gtx_670_2gb-pci-e
now i can drool at it I still want to know why I couldn't get it to compile, but that can wait
It was a linker issue. You needed to add the -lm flag to the compile command.
Fuck my PSU died now I can't game for a week
Aw shit, they predict the HDD prices to be normal in 2014. Looks like I just have to delete all the shit from my HDD then. Unless I want to pay 80€ for a 1TB HDD. [editline]2nd August 2012[/editline] 3TB seagate thingy is 155€ while 1TB F3 is 80€ and a 2TB Seagate Barracuda Green is 100€ I will probably would cash out the 100€ for a 2TB storage HDD soon.
If you're using a Nvidia GTX 600 series I'd recommend looking at the latest beta drivers. Some very nice fixes and stuff.
So either my monitor or my GPU are dying, when i'm scrolling down on the internet weird artifacts/lines show up on the screen, gets worse when watching YouTube videos. But when I play Fallout 3 it all disappears and is fine? I really can't tell which is the issue, the monitor has been flickering when turned on and takes 3 on and off presses to get it to stabilize, and it might be the GPU because I overclocked it 150 MHz on the core and 200 MHz on the memory. In favor of lifespan to FPS i've decided to restore the GPU speeds to the default 800/1000 to be safe. In any case I can't afford to replace either of them so i'm just waiting for the inevitable :v:
When I had a dual-monitor setup, when I raised the clocks I started to get a few lines messing up. Like, random spazms and whatnot. Now I am back on a single one and stock clocks and still happens sometimes.
PC Building is so dull now, I used to enjoy helping people but now it's just the same "I will be using it for gaming and it NEEDS an i7 and 32gb RAM. oh and the budget is only $800" then whenever people actually help they decide they don't need anyone else's help with it because they've been magically graced with eternal knowledge and can do it themselves, ending up with a horridly unbalanced build. /rant
Just got a call from the PR dept of MSI, they can replace my GTX295 for a GTX570.

I remeber a guy that wanted a 250$ gaming PC (of course minus some stuff), and through scavenging various sites, we got it done.
yeah it's not as easy as i5-3570k/gtx670 when you're working with the low budgets
I'm more interested in dat Sonic Adventure 2 for Dreamcast. If my Dreamcast still worked I'd play the fuck out of it.
got basically a dreamcast for 45 bucks looks brand new cables and two controllers included.

So I want to move my server down into the basement, since my office heats up quickly. I told my dad the plan (Running the Ethernet cable from my modem/router in the office to the closet, then drilling a hole down into the hallway's drop ceiling, down behind a large cabinet to the floor, and then having them go next to some water pipes under the cabinet and into the basement), though it took me five minutes to explain the difference between the coax for the modem and Ethernet before he accepted. I think he was confused why I couldn't use the coax that was already going to the basement to connect my server.
I'm back, and holy shit this is a good deal on a 3rd gen i5 laptop. http://slickdeals.net/permadeal/77874/staples-lenovo-ideapad-z580-laptop-core-i5-3210m-2.5ghz-8gb-ddr3-750gb-hdd-15.6-1366x768-led-intel-hd-4000-wifi-n-6cell-win-7-prem I might pick one up for my sister whose birthday is in two weeks
Aw shit, looking at some pictures I took and what do I see, every now and then there are shaky ones. My hands shake a fuckmuch, seriously. It annoys me to hell and back sometimes.
My hands only tremble when the thing is delicate as fuck and i know that one wrong move and something breaks. Other than that, they are pretty damn steady. That's what it was like when i replaced the CCFL bulb on my thinkpad.
Hehe, I remember chaning my friends CPU. I put a 960T ~5 lines of pins wrong, lifted it a bit, put it correctly in and my friend didn't even notice. Nothing happened to the CPU ofc. but he was so scared about bending the pins etc.
The i2500k has the nastiest crunch noise when you pull down the lever.
It's a tense moment when you try and fix bent cpu pins, but when it works, it's a huge weight off your shoulders.
The i2500k has the nastiest crunch noise when you pull down the lever.
I was so hesitant to continue pulling down the lever, and I wasn't convinced that I had actually installed it properly, but clearly it works. They should come up with less heart-pounding ways to secure CPUs
I like my i5.
