Hey you guys, remember that computer I got? Glorious nVidia master race, now I know why everyone owns a nVidia card, these graphics are ~unreal~. EVGA better have a good RMA.
It's uhh, been a long day.
I just wasted 2 hours trying to get bloody Windows Server '08 R2 to work as a RADIUS server by authenticating with AD users, and then I wasted another 2 hours with FreeRADIUS. Result: I still don't have WPA2 Enterprise. I fucking hate RADIUS now.
HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA NO. That's light smoothing HDR, which is what everyone hates. Warship posted proper HDR.
no ur rong this is proper hrd i am art stuednt i know for sure its art and hdr
I have an MX400 that does that before it crashes don't know what's wrong with it, would be cool if I could get it working again
that photo is horribly overprocessed so you aren't missing much
Don't GPU brands/manufacturers test their cards? Because it doesn't seem like it.
It's uhh, been a long day.
If you mean the batteryi get it, If not i don't get it.
Don't GPU brands/manufacturers test their cards? Because it doesn't seem like it.
Ehh, have you installed the drivers yet? I've had cards doing that until I installed proper drivers.
Ehh, have you installed the drivers yet? I've had cards doing that until I installed proper drivers.
It's been artifacting and crashing drivers since I built it yesterday, tried just about everything, booted up an hour ago and now it's like this, having to use the 3570k GPU until EVGA can get back to me now.
What he said, install the drivers and set the colour depth properly...
I have an MX400 that does that before it crashes don't know what's wrong with it, would be cool if I could get it working again
Hi there.

Intel to the rescue: I'm waiting on a tech support response first as I need a ticket to submit an RMA, I've heard EVGA are good with this type of thing though, they do a "collateral" RMA in which they apparently send you a replacement first and await replacement, and if you don't replace it in 30 days they take some money or something.

I doubt anything will support 128-bit in the next 2 years.
That's a lot of bits What would that even be good for?

I don't think there's any use for it. Not to mention such hardware doesn't exist, and probably won't until the quantum era. There are already 128-bit and 256-bit instructions (SSE, AVX) on modern processors for cases where it would be useful.
I don't even think 128-bit hardware exists, why are they trying to develop for imaginary hardware? You can pay ~30$ and they send you a replacement. (Or overnight for 45$) You can save a few day but you have to decide if it's worth it. EVGA anwsered very quick on my support ticket and I could RMA it the same day. It took two days for my card to arrive at EVGA and they sent a new one the next day which arrived a day later.
That's a lot of bits What would that even be good for?
Tricking morons into upgrading. 128-bit addressing is completely unnecessary. We don't even use true 64-bit yet, because *that's* unnecessary. 48 address bits is enough for 256 TB of memory - excessive for almost all current uses, even most supercomputers. Going up to a full 64 bits brings us to 16 exabytes - beyond the needs of even the most massive of supecomputers. 128 bits is so big we don't have names for it yet - it would be 1,099,511,627,776 yottabytes, the largest unit we have. Now, 128-bit data processing is useful. That's why even old x86-32 processors had SIMD extensions to process them. AVX (Sandy Bridge/Ivy Bridge/Bulldozer) extends it all the way to 256-bit data processing. But that does not require a new OS version to run, as you've likely noticed, as it's almost entirely application-level.
