Emulators [editline]7th January 2011[/editline] 44 pictures of Gabe Newell
Wouldn't work, each key would have display a little bit of him thus when looked upon from a distance it's just one picture.
Imagine playing ArmA 2 on that keyboard.
Imagine playing ArmA 2 on that laptop thing.
Their own software? Oh god the horror.. their drivers are UTTER shit.. what will the software on this thing be like?
Their own software? Oh god the horror.. their drivers are UTTER shit.. what will the software on this thing be like?
Its just Windows 7. They do not use a custom program! read the FAQ
Imagine playing ArmA 2
I have, it's like "Damn fuck this. Arrowhead is better"
Why did they have to make a shiny mirror-like screen, it attracts dirt and fingerprints like a magnet.
yea i hate those [editline]7th January 2011[/editline]
But the question is, how many people look at the keys while playing games? Do you look at your controller when playing a console? The answer to that would be the same as if this is useful to you or not.
agreed i rarely look at the key bored when gaming
Its just Windows 7. They do not use a custom program! read the FAQ
They use their own software to change the keyboard layout according to the game running. I have not had any problems with the driver software for my mouse, for the record.

Semms a bit over hyped. What gamer looks on their keyboard when playing? please answer this
its a god damn nintendo
If you just want to play emulators on it, why wouldn't you just get a $200 netbook to do that? Why would you even consider getting this?
Or iPod/Galaxy Player/PSP
That works too, unless you want N64. The N64 emulators on all of the popular mobile systems are absolute trash.
Conker's Bad Fur Day on the go :buddy: [editline]7th January 2011[/editline] If you haven't played it, you're missing out
It looks so damn sexy, I'm just a little worried about how much it will be.
I will buy it. I am a gadget freak anyway. And when i got it i will make a review for you guys
I like this. A lot. I'm going to get it the second it comes out.
I like this. A lot. I'm going to get it the second it comes out.
Same here, i am just waiting for the price
You can't game with that
Hey look, someone in this thread has some sense. Has anyone here taken a look at Atom benchmarks? Seriously, the thing is too slow.
I'm sure it can to a certain degree, otherwise they wouldn't call it a "gaming laptop"
It'll probably be nicknamed as "The handheld device that has 3G and can run WoW". For when you really need to just kill that fucking night elf on the go.
I'm sure it can to a certain degree, otherwise they wouldn't call it a "gaming laptop"
As stated before, it should run Quake like a champ. That's a game. Therefore Razer has the nerve to call it a "gaming laptop."
Kotaku likes it. Thus, I am now against this device and will only like it if Kotaku says it's shit when it's released.
If it's >$800 then I'd rather get the Alienware M11x or some other custom made laptop for gaming on the go.
why aren't they using amd fusion or at least an intel pinetrail?
Because Intel gives dickloads of discount for getting visibility (from being in a product like this), and you can probably stack up bulk discount on top of that.

Yes. I was just offering that as a reason to why Razer isn't going with AMD Fusion.
