You can't get permabanned on 4chan. I've tried.
Perhaps next time you'll think before doing what you did to get banned.

I can access the website with a direct connection to my modem, meaning my IP from my ISP isn't banned.[/QUOTE]
So change your router's IP from within it's settings.
It's not fucking rocket science, it's just an IP address for fuck's sake.

ISPs assign external IP addresses, not routers.

He clearly stated that he can connect without the router. External IPs should always be dynamic. Maybe he just needs to unplug his modem for a day and ride it out. :/
When my MAC address is different from my standard one, my ISP won't let me access internet and will only show red page with message. That's why my router is using my PC's mac so it can access internet.
So if OP's isp gives new ip to every new mac address, can't he just change mac on his router and get a new ip?
This seems strange but, isn't it possible for a website to mistake a router for a pc and ban it? This could be because of the operation of the router which routes the different ips of the pcs connected to it and translates it to one ip for the modem to accept.

Uhh, never heard of it. Unless it's a mac ban, but sites can't read mac address, so that can't be.
I dunno It doesn't seem possible but when you think about it, it does.
