Upload is a bit shit, but other than that, I can't complain.

98%? I thought Finland had a higher average.
This is technically part of a University Internet, but it's in a semi-campus area.

Supposed to be maxing out at 360 (According to ISP: Up to 360).
When I moved into new house - called ISP and asked them to send technician and replace cables with brand new one, got CAT6 off amazon - works flawless.

Apparently got a free upgrade from Vodafone. Speeds are pretty solid.
I am using high speed cable Internet of 120/10 Mbps

I don't know how to share the speed test image

not too shabby
I can't post mine right now but its at 5mb or so.
It used to be 12-13, and it should be 24, and then it went to 7-9, then 5, then took a nosedive to 3.5, and last week it was at 1.5 because the connection has hummidity problems.
Oh, and don't ask about upload...

The compartiment all the wiring is in gets a fuckton of moisture from the rain and such, and it all fucks it up. It used to last a year or so, but now it won't last a few months apparently

What ISP? I don't think 25/10 is particularly common in Australia.

25/10 is what you get with NBN tier 3, since it's aimed at small businesses (tier 2 is 25/5) most residential ISPs won't sell it and go straight to tier 5 with 100/40, some have tier 4 at 50/20 as well.

I know most RSP's won't sell it, Skymesh is only one that I can think of at the top of my head that does (and aside from Internode, I find they're the only reputable RSP that cares about customer satisfaction and peak speeds).
Was going to say, with that ping it has to be NBN.
Was on Virgin's VIVID 200mbps (non-gamer) plan.
Rang them up on Black Friday and asked if they had any offers going for their 'gamer' plan with the faster upload and no upstream traffic management as it would be £20 a month extra if I just upgraded via their website. Lass on the phone came back and set me up with Homeworks VIVID 300 for only an extra few quid a month extra.

Not too bad. Paying 20€ per month.

Tried to get Virgin Media 300MB but due to a disagreement (they couldn't provide me a service but charged me for it a few years ago) I've been blacklisted from getting Virgin Media services.
this is what a speedtest gives me on 25/5 NBN FTTN (fiber to the node)

It's a shame really, I can't even get 100mb/s plan with full speed because the max I get is 50mb/s

My router is super old and can't even handle the 300 download we pay for rip

Something's not right..
Edit: I usually get 250 down and 25 up but there's probably a lot of traffic at this hour.
Here we go:

There was something wrong with the server speedtest.net was selecting by default I guess.
Not many ISPs give you 7Mb/s more download than what you pay for. I'm happy with these guys for the time being.
