I hate the upload speed, also sometimes we can get the download up to 7Mb/s. The good thing is though that we only pay for 1Mb/s

Yeah, everyone likes to bash Comcast for things that don't really happen. I've been with Comcast for 6 years without a single internet outage.

Oh I know I have had to use it before I used my own modem and router and it drop continuously now I have charter and the same modem and never had it go out.

It's not what it seems like. I usually get 100 kb/s.

Download is decent, upload is still shitty. Latency is excellent though. I'm happy because it runs circles around the shit ISP I had before, my upload and download stayed under 1 Mb/s.

Think Sky have just sorted out my line, and my download has gone up from 1.5 to 2.5, and the ping is much lower. Obviously it's nothing in comparison to some other people's results, have has anyone else has a speed rise with Sky lately?

Yeah there used to be hardly any jitter at all.
I had 8Mbit/s internet, upgraded it to 24Mbit/s a few days ago.
