It's been said a few times before but here you go:
1. Create a blank folder anywhere you want.
2. right-click tasbar and chose "Toolbars" > "New Toolbar..."
3. Find blank folder, select it.
4. (Un-lock the tasbar) Drag the toolbar across to the left of the icons.
5. Adjust it how you want (although the toolbar does reduce in size when you lock the taskbar).
6. Right-click toolbar and un-check text and title.
7. Lock the tasbar.

Was StringAlign. Center or CenterCenter put it out of where it was supposed to be. RightRight put it where it currently is.
you might have to adjust the actual X/Y positions as well

I just love this. You've manage to blend form and function so seamlessly. My only nit is the blue text that doesn't clash with the background, but doesn't really compliment it either.
Off topic, why aren't people using the thumbnail tag for images? It is so much more browser-friendly and it keeps the thread looking a bit neater.

For some reason graph paper always looks like it was something interesting. Whenever I drew like silly little bridges and stuff on graph paper I thought I was making something special.

Oh - but you made the program itself? Seems like i have to buy it if i really want to get into making my own theme - i can't find any reverse engineered stuff for the theme files ANYWHERE

No Ave made the program, I just make small updates to it which I only started doing late last year because I didn't have the source until then. Before then I just bug tested and played with it and see what was possible and helped other people with their themes.
